Refund & Cancellation Policy — India Finance & Innovation Forum 2026

Thank you for choosing to attend the India Finance & Innovation Forum (IFIF) 2026. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing your pass. By purchasing a pass, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All pass purchases for IFIF 2026 are final and non-refundable.

This includes Platinum Passes, Gold Passes, Exhibition Passes, or any other category of passes available for sale.

Once a purchase is completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend, travel delays, or personal reasons.

2. No Cancellations or Changes

Pass cancellations by the attendee are not permitted.

Purchased passes cannot be rescheduled, exchanged, transferred, or returned for cash or credit of any kind.

3. Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to change the event date, time, venue, speakers, sessions, format, or any other aspect of the event without liability.

In the unlikely event that the event is postponed or rescheduled, your pass will remain valid for the new date.

No refunds will be issued due to event schedule changes.

4. Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the rare event that IFIF 2026 is cancelled by the organizer, you may be notified with options, which may include:

• A credit or transfer to a future event (at organizer’s discretion), or
• Other terms as outlined at that time.

Even in such situations, refunds are not guaranteed and will be subject to the terms determined by the organizer.

5. Ticket Loss or Theft

Lost, stolen, or misplaced passes will not be replaced or refunded.

Treat your pass like a valuable document — the organizer is not liable for replacing passes under any circumstances.

6. Force Majeure

If the event cannot take place due to causes beyond the organizer’s control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, terrorist acts, or other unforeseen events), the organizer may cancel or reschedule the event without obligation to refund ticket fees.

Any treatment of purchased passes under such circumstances will be at the organizer’s sole discretion, communicated via official channels.

7. Payment Processing Fees

All payment processing fees, gateway charges, and taxes related to the purchase are non-refundable.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing an IFIF 2026 pass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
